Thank you  for playing at the Opening Reception for our 10th anniversary conference at The Beaufort Bar in The Savoy. You were fantastic and suited the ambience of the room down to a tee. You judged the audience just right and gave a fantastic performance - thank you.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for performing for us on Saturday. You guys kept the dance floor full all night and so many guests told us how amazing you were. You sounded amazing, looked incredible and were engaging all night. Your mix was punchy and clear, for such a difficult room acoustic. The perfect volume level. Thank you again for being so accommodating with our requests and for loading in and out like ninjas.

I know it was a tricky gig without the use of amplification however we could hear them well at the tables and we are so glad we booked The Vintage Strollers, it created a lovely atmosphere. They also looked fabulous! Photos: Alex Merz

Just to say thank you for your performance on Saturday evening. Everybody remarked on how much they enjoyed your set and how wonderful they thought Lydia was. We had a fabulous party which was down to yourselves and the atmosphere you created. Trust you got home ok round the M25!

We just want to say a massive thank you to you and the whole band. You were absolutely brilliant and so many of our guests came up to us and told us that music and performance of everyone in the band was incredible. They also said, they’d never heard a band quite like yours! Hopefully we will see you all again soon and once again, thank you so much for making our wedding day such a memorable experience!

Thank you so much for making our wedding reception fabulous, and for being such a fantastic and responsive supplier. Once we had decided on the date for our wedding at Folkington Manor, the first thing we booked, even before the caterer and marquee, was The Get Downs! The Jazz Trio were perfect for the drinks reception on the lawn and have got great reviews from the guests. You all made the evening a fantastic success and the 8-piece version of The Get Downs was perfect. Also, thank you so much for letting me get on stage for a number at such short notice! Mike, thank you again so much for both ceremony and evening. We always knew it was going to be an amazing accompaniment to our day as the communication was so good in the run up, from booking through to the actual event. At our ceremony you reduced both Tom and me to tears with the entrance music and one of my only regrets from the day is not recording this music for the signing of the register because everyone had raved about it and we didn’t get a chance to properly listen on the day. It was great that you were so willing to work with our friends for the music too - really going above and beyond! We had so many people say how great the band were for the evening too - thank you so much for learning a Disney song for our first dance and then keeping us all dancing the night away - the only time I left the dance floor was to cool down. The energy was incredible all night long.
