I wanted to say thank you to yourself and the rest of the band for such a great performance at our wedding. We and all our guests had such a great time, and we had loads of compliments on the band throughout the night. I also think I managed a good mix of excited and absolutely terrified during the chair dance!
We wanted to extend our sincere thanks to you and the band for playing at our wedding last month. So many of our guests told us how much they loved the band! Every one of the band members was fantastic, and you all did such a great job of keeping the momentum going and keeping everyone on the dance floor. We just got the photos from our photographer, and the photos that he captured of the dancing were some of the best ones - you can really see what a great time everyone is having, and that was in no small part thanks to your excellent playing! We are so grateful to have had you as a part of our day and will always have such great memories of how much fun we and all of our guests had on the dance floor.
Where to begin, the band were absolutely ridiculously good the other night. Everyone loved it, and we haven't stopped singing bits and pieces from the set list around the house ever since. Thank you so, so, so much for being such a huge part of a day and a night that we'll never forget, it literally couldn't have been any better, and thanks too for being so relaxed and easy going throughout the whole process. We feel so lucky to have had you guys there.

You and the band were absolutely fabulous and all our friends were commenting on this. One of my friends who was there is the manager of Boney M - he loved you!

Anna and I just wanted to thank you, Alex and the other musicians for providing such lovely music at our annual fundraising event at Broughton Grange on Friday night. The evening was a huge success, we received lots of excellent feedback and all our guests had a wonderful time. The music helped to create a great atmosphere and make it a perfect evening.
Once again, it was a pleasure to work with you, and I do hope we can work together again in the future.

The Vintage Strollers were really professional and easy to work with. They played during our ceremony which was outdoors and rainy and took it all in their stride. They were kind, flexible and easy-going on the day. Communication in advance was great and they were good with special requests.
Thank you so much for your quick assistance with organising the band on Friday. It was a lovely evening and you guys sounded as amazing as ever.

I wanted to let you know how utterly fabulous the band was at our wedding on 20th May. We (and all of our guests - I truly have lost count of the number of compliments and excitement for the band!) were blown away and the whole evening was even better than we had imagined it would be. We appreciate that we were a much smaller crowd than your wonderful musicians are used to, but I hope they felt how much we all enjoyed every single song. More than 75% of our guests are musicians and so the music was always going to be pretty much the most important part of our wedding day. Each musician in the band was faultless and we had the absolute best time. It's been a while since we've got to a Down for the Count gig (I think our last was a night at Boisdale in Canary Wharf!!) because we don't live in London anymore, and this evening allowed us to relive what we used to love doing! I can't thank Simon and the rest of the band enough for making our wedding so memorable and fantastic.
We hired the Soul Essentials Duo for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception at the West Mill, Derby and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! A super classy addition to our day and created the perfect atmosphere for our guests. Mike was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend Mike Paul-Smith Music in any combination for their talent and professionalism.
