The Hollywood Jazz Band is a stylish jazz quartet which performs classic music from the golden age of stage and screen.
The band bring a touch of glamour to any event, creating a subtle yet sophisticated musical ambience for drinks receptions or dinners at corporate events, award ceremonies, wedding receptions and private celebrations.
The Hollywood Jazz Band performs music from the Golden Age of stage and screen – with songs made famous by Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and Doris Day. You can expect to hear classics such as Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend, Moon River and I Wanna Be Loved By You alongside jazz standards from the likes of Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald, including That Ole Devil Called Love, Cheek to Cheek and L-O-V-E.
The band is regularly found performing for clients such as Sony, KPMG and Deloitte and at venues including Tate Modern, The Oval and BAFTA.

The Hollywood Jazz Band is available on it’s own, or it can be booked along with other band line-ups from Mike Paul-Smith Music. You could have an instrumental set from our duo The Jazz Essentials whilst your guests arrive, The Hollywood Jazz Band during dinner and then dancing to The Get Downs in the evening. All of our bands are personally managed by Mike, so you can be sure of excellent customer service and attention to detail.
