Dear Mike, Just wanted to write to say a HUGE thank you for playing our wedding. You guys were totally amazing from start to finish, we had so many people coming up to us and my parents, saying how great you were. The way you played outside during the reception, and getting people on the dance floor was just what we wanted. We had such a wonderful time, and you and the band were such a big part of that! Thanks again.

Hi Mike, The band were absolutely fantastic and the guests thought so too. The trio were perfect for the drinks reception and the seven piece so good that guests thought it was the iPod playing initially! The male and female vocalists were flawless. I hope the band felt well fed and looked after.

Hi Mike, I will be writing you a proper thank you but I just wanted to say straight away that Corin and I were just blown away with how incredible you all were last night. So many people have been telling us how much they enjoyed the music and we just had the best time. Thank you all so much.

Wow! What a great group. Timing was perfect, vocals were amazing and the playing was out of this world. Worth every single penny! Book these guys over any other swing bands. Everyone at our wedding commented on how fantastic they were including the photographer, the wedding co-ordinator and the bar staff!!! Massive thanks to the guys. Hope to see them again.

I would like to express our thanks and gratitude for making our wedding day such a special and unforgettable day. Colin and I based our 1940s themed wedding on your band. We had 200 guests - and they and ourselves couldn't praise the band highly enough. People who we have known for a long time that we have never seen dance got up and danced. Your kindness, humour and immense talent made our evening amazing not just for us but, all of our guests whom have praised you all so highly. You turned Colin's and my day from a special day to an extra special day. We hope you enjoyed your evening as much with us as we did you.

Hi Mike, I hope all's well with you. We were absolutely delighted with the band at our wedding. The jazz trio set the tone really nicely when everyone arrived - and the full All-Stars band were awesome in the evening. All our guests said how much they enjoyed the music - so please pass on our thanks to all the band.

Good morning Mike and Max, While my husband sleeps off his hangover I just wanted to email to say thank you very very much for an awesome evening. The weather made us a reduced audience in the end but enthusiasm was NOT dampened and we and our guests enjoyed listening to the band enormously. The band were sensational from start to finish. After arriving quietly and sorting themselves out, they really got the party started and were wonderfully flexible with slightly slow timings due to some rather long speeches! A few of our younger friends were dubious when we first said we'd booked a big band rather than the usual younger rock/pop style band, but absolutely everyone hit the dancefloor for the whole of the evening and cried out for more when time was up - young and old! Really can't recommend enough - they made our wedding totally raucous and quirky and we have received so many compliments on their behalf. Thanks everyone at Mike Paul-Smith Music!

Thanks Mike for your incredible performance on our wedding night. We had so many compliments in your direction, you were truly fantastic!! Also, your lead singer was amazing, what a show stopper she is - I did track her down to tell her on the night, but in case she thought that was just a passing thought, please do tell her again that I thought she was incredible. The Get Downs were the band for the evening reception and they were absolutely sensational. They played swing and soul music with a few modern classics thrown in for good measure. All of the guests danced the night away with this fantastic couple and everyone had such a fabulous time.

Mike, Just to drop you a line to say thank you ever so much for your efforts on our wedding day. From your fantastic solo organ playing, to the stunning performance both in sound and look of your band - it was perfect. I'm unaware of an empty dance floor at any time and I saw a lot of smiling faces and more outrageous dance moves. Clearly you know you are a talented group but thanks for proving it in front of our family and friends it was a great night. All the best.

Hi Mike, I can't believe it was a week ago that we were getting ready for the wedding! The band were amazing and the band leader Simon was very helpful throughout. The lead singer was fab too, she even did an encore for us at the end 🙂 I know Steve's only regret was that he forgot to ask to sing me a song... An absolutely fantastic night was had by all and all the guests were also full of compliments for the band. Thanks again Mike.
