Dear Mike, So sorry it's taken forever for us to send over our formal thanks, it's been a hectic couple of months! Thanks so much for all your help in planning the day, you were so efficient with helping us put together our perfect band and music. It made the process so easy. We had so much fun boogie-ing the night away with you and have had so many complements from our guests that they loved it too. Thanks you all so much for providing such amazing music and entertainment on our wedding day. It was always an essential that Down for the Count were part of our day (the date was even picked after making sure you guys were available!), because we both love you and we wanted to share your awesomeness with our guests. The dancefloor was never empty - showing how right we were - and everyone had the best time. Thank you so much! Thank you also for allowing me to sing with you - it was a definite highlight of my day and surprised a lot of people.

A huge thank you for your support on Saturday at our annual Ball. It was another fantastic night, with some great feedback from sponsors, the hotel and guests alike, so thank you so much for being part of it. The press release has gone out yesterday and full details will be on our news page very soon, but you will be very pleased to hear that the event, raised a huge £101,000!! Thanks again and we look forward to working with you all again in the future.

Down For The Count were the perfect swing band for our wedding celebration. They added a Solid as a Rock to their repertoire for the night for our first dance, and Mike called a great Snowball to get everyone on the floor. We switched up the second set to Soul and Motown to get everyone on the floor, which was very well received. Mike was super professional organising everything, replying to any questions incredibly quickly and making sure it was a stress free experience. We'd certainly recommend Down To The Count for anyone seeking the full vintage experience.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the band for Saturday night at Salcey. We had the happiest day and the party in the evening was terrific helped by your gang and wonderful singer who got everybody on the dance floor. I will definitely recommend you to any friend who may be looking for a swing band.

Dear Mike, I wanted to get in touch to say a huge thank you for The Get Down's amazing performance yesterday! The event was a huge success for us and proved to be an amazing opportunity for us to meet so many new people – we are in a very happy place today. The Get Downs were amazing! They have a wide musical repertoire and so can tailor it to your taste and also on the night to people's mood. They arrived and set up punctually and with no fuss whatsoever. They were hugely energetic and fun. I was so happy with them!
